There is a Virtual Town Hall being held on August 7th at 10 a.m. regarding Senate Bills SB9 and SB10.
Senate Bills SB9 and 10 have passed the State Senate and will be heard in the Assembly as early as 8/16/21. These bills will mean the end of single-family zoned neighborhoods throughout CA. They permit developers and real estate investors to build (with ADUs) 6 units of market rate housing (SB9) or 14 units (SB10) and NO affordable housing is required.
