Jackie says: Bettolino Kitchen is owned by the next generation of the Giuliano family, Vince Giuliano and Andreanna Giuliano Liguore, and features Chef Fabio Ugoletti in the kitchen. The pasta is handmade, and while many of the dishes seem influenced by the healthy Cali culture, there are also plenty of satisfying, comfort foods, and they are equally delicious. The warm space features re-purposed wood and a couple of community tables. The daily lunch special, the Betto Box, is a fixed price, four item combo lunch. It’s a great spot for lunch or dinner but I also recommend stopping in some afternoon for Crostini Hour!
