Orland’s Pizzeria & Birreria celebrates the most romantic day of the year with a Valentine’s Day Dinner on Tuesday, February 14.
The evening will feature a four course menu paired with beer from Absolution Brewing….
First Course:
Amuse Bouche – Absolution Raspberry Blonde
Second Course:
Chef’s special soup – Absolution Penance Pale Ale
or
Strawberry salad w/ seared scallops & a lemon-lime vinaigrette
Third Course:
Short rib tortellone w/ a veal & lamb reduction – Absolution John Bullington bitter
or
Pistachio crusted sea bass w/ white asparagus & spinach
Fourth Course:
White Chocolate, strawberry filled ice cream – Absolution Coconut Stout
