The Torrance Rose Float Association invites the community to the next Restaurant for Roses fundraiser happening all day on Wednesday, March 3 at Black Bear Diner.
We’re all familiar with the beautiful, award-winning Torrance float entries in the Rose Parade each year. Well, they raise funds all year long to make the float happen every year. Here’s your chance to contribute! Enjoy some delicious food while supporting the Torrance Rose Float Association.
