The St. Matthews Mansaf Fundraiser will take place on Sunday, March 7 from Noon to 3 p.m.
The group behind the Falafel Festival will feature Mansaf for this year’s fundraiser. The national dish of Jordan, Mansaf is made with juicy chunks of lamb over Mediterranean rice and topped with pine nuts and Jordanian yogurt. YUM! Chicken Freekeh, Knafeh, and Arabic coffee will also be available for purchase.
Place you order now and pick it up between Noon and 3 p.m.
