The City of Lomita, in partnership with Lomita-Harbor City Kiwanis Club, is proud to offer the first annual Lomita Military Banner Program to honor current and former residents of Lomita who have served, or are currently serving our country, in any branch of the United States Military.
Eagle Scout Candidate Brandon Kamada, along with Scouts BSA Troop 242, are fundraising to sponsor as many banners as possible. The goal is to raise funds to sponsor a minimum of 10 banners with the hope of sponsoring many more.
The Scouts will be at the Farmers Market on August 29 to raise funds.
