The Los Angeles Air Force Base presents the annual Youth Academic Recognition Celebration on Thursday, May 6 at 5 p.m. via Zoom.
It’s that time of year when Los Angeles Air Force Base leadership recognizes students pre-K through 12 grade for Academic Achievement (School Year (SY) 19-20 and SY 20-21) in Perfect Attendance, Citizenship and GPA.
Parents can nominate their children to receive an award and attend the virtual celebration and pep rally.
To be eligible, children must be Military Dependents PK-12 of Active Duty, Guard, Reserve, Civilians or LAAFB Contractors.

It is requested that attendees wear something purple (clothing, bracelet, hair ribbon, etc.).
