The Downtown Manhattan Beach Business Association presents the annual Holiday Open House on Saturday, November 14 and Sunday, November 15 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The Holiday Open House is downtown restaurants, retail stores and businesses way of saying ‘Thank You’ to their customers and community for their support and patronage throughout the year. The festivities include:
– Holiday Window & Outdoor Dining decorating contests – the public will vote online
– Penguin Scavenger Hunt with prizes
– New LED string lights purchased by DBPA are being installed and hope to be strung on all trees with power access by 11/14
– City’s holiday decorations and Pier lights will be installed and lit by Friday
– Santa will provide “drive by” greetings throughout Downtown from 12 to 2 p.m. on both Saturday & Sunday
– E3 Vehicles of Hermosa Beach is sponsoring the new Downtown “Joy Ride”, which will be driving Santa for the weekend, but is also available for Downtown businesses to reserve throughout the holidays to provide free local delivery to their customers.
*THE GOLF CART PARADE HAS BEEN CANCELLED*
– There will also be a holiday-themed decorated golf cart parade throughout Downtown on Sunday, with prizes for best decorations in the following categories:
Most Creative – $100 gift card to {pages} a bookstore
Most Festive – $100 gift card to Simmzy’s
Most Local Love for Manhattan Beach – $100 gift card to Trilogy
