The Palos Verdes Peninsula Chamber of Commerce will host the annual Citizen of the Year Award & Dinner Dance on Wednesday, October 12 at 5 p.m. at Terranea Resort.
Join business, community and government leaders to honor the tradition of philanthropy on the Peninsula. The public is invited to celebrate as the Palos Verdes Peninsula Chamber of Commerce presents the R. Eric P. Allan Citizen of the Year Award to Los Angeles County Supervisor Don Knabe for his many philanthropic and leadership contributions.
The evening will begin at 5 p.m. with no-host cocktails and a silent auction, followed by an elegant dinner at 6:45 p.m., an Opportunity Drawing, the award presentation and dancing to a live band.
Tickets are $150 each, with tables of ten for $1,500. Premier tables of ten are available at $2,000 including an on-screen ad, priority seating, table signage, MC recognition, unlimited wine and an ad in the commemorative book created post-event for the Supervisor.
Tickets are also available for an Opportunity Drawing allowing up to three lucky winners, for one week at an exclusive Palm Springs Tennis Club condo that sleeps six (including gift cards for Fleming’s Steakhouse and Shell gas); dinner for ten in the fabulous new private dining room at Terranea’s Catalina Kitchen (currently undergoing a $3 million renovation); or a stunning Belle e’toile “Love in Plume” peacock enameled silver pendant. Opportunity Drawing tickets are $25 each or three for $50.
