Beach Cities Free Fitness Series Zumba
Get moving with Beach Cities Free Fitness Series — a free community-wide event that brings together Beach Cities residents, fitness and fun! All ages and ability levels are welcome to participate— invite your friends and family to join, too! Visit www.bchd.org/freefitness for a full schedule of events and to register.

Wednesday, June 5
Mindfulness Drop-in
Take 30 minutes to down shift and practice mindfulness techniques the first Wednesday of each month at Beach Cities Health District from 5:30-6 p.m. The sessions will be led by trained staff. No prior experience with meditation or mindfulness is required.

Families Connected Parent Chat
Families Connected Parent Chat, presented through a partnership between Beach Cities Health District and South Bay Families Connected, is a free support group open to all parents. The session will be led by a licensed professional from the Thelma McMillen Center at Torrance Memorial Medical Center and provides an opportunity to discuss shared parenting challenges.
