Join Beach Cities Health District tonight for the FREE fitness series, Yoga on the Beach!
This wildly popular series of free fitness programs runs all summer long and provides the entire community an opportunity to get fit and have fun.
The weekly event will take place south of the Manhattan Beach Pier. Get moving and de-stress with this free, public event that brings together the community, fitness and fun!
Everyone is welcome to participate — women, men and children — and you can participate at your own pace. By all means, invite friends, family and co-workers!
Registration starts at 6 p.m. with the hour long yoga class beginning at 6:30. All participants must sign a waiver. Attendees should bring their own yoga mat. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable, athletic clothing and bring a jacket in case of cool weather.
Classes will be led by certified instructors from the Center for Health & Fitness.
