Chef Olalia’s menu includes a selection of appetizers, entrees, and desserts, such as The Imitation Game inspired “Salmon Dialogue Through Morse Mode” – salmon tartare, crème fraiche, cucumber, and smoked roe; for American Sniper “The Legendary Pairing” – beef tenderloin rosini with seared foie gras, potato dauphine, escarole, and bordelaise jus; and the “The Priceless Renaissance Dessert” a Valrhona chocolate torte, dulcey nemelaka, and salted caramel for the hit film The Grand Budapest Hotel.
In addition to a full menu, mar’sel will also present an Oscar themed cocktail menu and suggested wine pairings with each dish.
For added fun, guests will be given an Oscar ballot to fill out upon arrival. The guest who gets the most correct winners on their Oscar ballot will receive a dinner for two valued at $250.
