Torrance Memorial to Schedule 1st dose COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics on April 1

Torrance Memorial is now scheduling 1st dose COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics on Thursday, April 1st on the Torrance Memorial Medical Center campus at the Hoffman Health Conference Center located at 3315 Medical Center Drive. (Free parking is available in the West parking structure adjacent to the Health Conference Center.)

The April 1st clinic is for 1st vaccination doses ONLY. No 2nd doses will be administered on this date.

Torrance Memorial is prioritizing these clinics for the following:
• Healthcare workers
• Los Angeles County Residents Age 65 or older
• Persons age 16 to 64 deemed to be at the very highest risk to get very sick from COVID-19 EITHER because they have one or more of the following severe health conditions:

If you are not in the categories listed above, your appointment will be canceled. We are reserving this clinic for patients. If you are in the following sector populations of Phase 1B please visit https://myturn.ca.gov/ to find the nearest vaccine clinic.
• Agriculture and food
• Education and childcare
• Emergency services
• People who live or work in congregate living spaces
• Janitorial, custodial and maintenance services
• Transportation and logistics
Due to the limited number of vaccines, these clinics will fill up quickly. Los Angeles County continues to experience a shortage of vaccines and Torrance Memorial is receiving sporadic shipments. We will only notify you as additional clinics become available.

Eligibility requirements: To protect confidentiality, physician verified documentation of the diagnosis or type of disability is not required but instead anyone meeting the eligibility requirements will need to bring with them a printed and signed self-attestation form to indicate they meet the criteria for high-risk medical conditions or disabilities. Please note, the self-attestation process is not done through physician offices, attestation are available on the Torrance Memorial registration page or click on the below links to download form.
