Torrance Cultural Arts Foundation 2016/17 Season

The Torrance Cultural Arts Foundation just announced the 2016/2017 Season! Every year, the TCAF works to bring the highest quality entertainment experiences to the South Bay. This season features:

The GUEST ARTISTS series brings touring artists and special events that allow local participation, all the while keeping the ticket costs as low as possible, but never sacrificing the quality of the experience

The FAMILY SERIES offers an opportunity to spend quality time with your family as your children discover the excitement of a live performance. Patrons can also come early or stay late to take part in an art project provided by Art To Grow On – Children’s Art Center, Inc.

The STUDIO CABARET SERIES, is set in the intimate setting of the Nakano Theatre at four-seat cocktail tables where guests can enjoy a delicious dinner provided by Chef Peter Carpenter of Gourmet to You…. and don’t forget to save room for some of the amazing goodies from Torrance Bakery available at intermission.

SAN FRANCISCO OPERA CINEMA SERIES features five operas that were digitally recorded with multiple cameras and will be played back in high-definition Blu-Ray and stereo sound. During intermission, you can watch behind-the-scenes interviews.

Additional performances include: SOUTH BAY’S GOT TALENT III, COUNTRY ROADS: A TRIBUTE TO JOHN DENVER; CARNEY MAGIC; TRUE TALES FROM THE SOUTH BAY; NEW ORLEANS CHRISTMAS WITH JEFF BORDES AND FRIENDS; THE GREATEST PIRATE STORY NEVER TOLD; THE AMAZING BUBBLEMAN and much, much, more!!
