It’s time to spring forward!
Daylight saving time starts today, Sunday, March 10 – so just in case you forgot to do it last night before you went to bed, set your clocks forward one hour.
It’s also a good idea to change the batteries in smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms, flashlights, and radios stored in your emergency kits. According to the National Fire Protection Association, dead batteries caused one-quarter of the smoke alarm failures.
