The Redondo Beach Police Department, in partnership with St. Baldrick’s Foundation, will host a Sarcoma Cancer Awareness Event on January 18 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the RBPD Annex Station.
About 20 to 30 Officers will shave their heads to show support for all kids and families touched by cancer. The community is also invited to participate by either shaving your head or cheering others on.
The donations will start at $25+ per haircut. Reach out to as many people as you can to show up and support. The Redondo Beach Police Officer’s Association is going to help by donating an additional $25 for others who participate in this important event.
