Manhattan Beach 10K Run

October 5, 2019

Manhattan-Beach-10KThe Manhattan Beach 10K Run takes place Saturday, October 5, starts promptly at 7:30 a.m. and finishes just in time for the opening of the Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair.

Experience one of the most scenic 10k courses in the South Bay with live music and volunteer mile timers calling out split times at every mile. Over 3,500 runners will take to the streets for this moderate to slightly difficult course through downtown and residential Manhattan Beach, finishing at the Manhattan Beach Pier.

The course winds its way through the heart of Manhattan Beach with the final stretch taking participants along the oceanfront Strand. There is a combined start at 3rd & Valley and 4th & Ardmore. The runners run north on both sides of the green belt (Valley & Ardmore).

There are two ways to register: online at http://www.mb10k.com/ or in person at the Village Runner store located at 1840 North Sepulveda Boulevard in Manhattan Beach. Proceeds from the event are returned to the community in the form of scholarships to high school seniors living in Manhattan Beach and to various enhancements to the recreation facilities of local schools and parks.

The Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair is a separate event from the Manhattan Beach 10K Run and does not provide shuttle service for parking on race morning.
