L.A. Street Festival

September 20 & 21, 2019

The Los Angeles Times presents L.A. Street Festival on Saturday, September 20 and Sunday, September 21 from noon to 9 p.m. in El Segundo.

The first-ever L.A. Street Festival will send summer off in style with a FREE two-day, family-friendly festival.

Fans can get up close to the fast-paced, street-style basketball that has millions of players worldwide in its Los Angeles premiere, the FIBA 3×3 World Tour.

The FIBA 3×3 World Tour event at L.A. Street Festival marks the only time fans can watch live games in the U.S. before the sport makes its Olympic debut in Tokyo 2020. Top athletes include USA’s Team Princeton and No. 1 ranked Dušan Bulut and his team Novi Sad from Serbia.

The event also offers an open esports Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Tournament with music, food trucks and activities for all ages, including breaking (dancing), dunking, interactive sponsor activations, giveaways and more.

In addition, Hoop It Up, the largest grassroots 3×3 basketball tour in the U.S. owned by former NBA Most Valuable Player, All Star and World Champion Kevin Garnett, will preview its 2020 tour with an open tournament.
