Java Man Jam

November 23, 2019

Head to Hermosa Beach for the first annual Java Man Jam on Saturday, November 23 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The mission of this event is to help re-establish Hermosa Beach as a destination for all kinds of live music, build community and revitalize downtown.

Music is what put Hermosa on the map 70 years ago at The Lighthouse, and we are so lucky to have such a wonderful community of very talented musicians. So let’s ring in the holiday season with some great music and show our musicians some love.

Bring your beach chair!

This will be a community event, funded by the people, for the people. There’s a Facebook fundraising page set up at https://www.facebook.com/donate/459102781393003/459774557992492/, so please give what you can. Every little bit helps. 100% of all donations will be used to pay the many musicians participating in this event. (If they raise more money than needed for this first event, funds will be held to pay musicians for future music experiences in public spaces in Hermosa Beach.)

FYI: The Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce is donating the Special Event Permit, which saves about $1,300 in permit and insurance fees – Thanks HBCC!
