The Keynote Speaker is Dena P. Maloney, Ed.D, Superintendent/President El Camino Community College District. Guest Speaker include: Bill Allen, CEO Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation; Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Michael A. Hamel, Former Commander of the Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center; and David Liaw, Ph.D, Director, Talent Acquisition, Strategic Space Systems Division Northrop Grumman Corporation | Space Systems.
