AC Hotel Los Angeles South Bay’s first floor AC Lounge is now officially open for lunch!
The opening of the AC Hotel Los Angeles South Bay has brought a new dining option to the bustling area. The AC Lounge, located on the first floor of the hotel, serves up a diverse and delectable assortment of seasonally-inspired options on its Rooted on Maple menu, curated by Executive Chef Dustin Taylor.
Featuring both indoor lounge seating and an expansive patio, the AC Lounge is the perfect place to go guiltless or indulge. Choose from a Beyond Burger with vegan cheddar or opt for the Wagyu Burger topped house made nacho cheese or opt for an Ancient Grain Bowl or snack on Avocado Toast. Pair lunch with a cocktail like the Immunity Boost made with turmeric or the Agua Fresca Stinger made with fresh watermelon for a refreshing midday sip. And don’t forget to treat yourself to a sweet ending with a Coolhaus Ice Cream Sandwich.
Lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
