Several South Bay cities will participate in National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day on Saturday, October 24 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Everyone is encouraged to drop off unused, unwanted or expired prescription drugs or over the counter drugs (do not need to be in original container). This program is free and anonymous, no questions asked.
What you can bring:
•Unused, unwanted or expired prescription drugs or over the counter drugs (do not need to be in original container)
What you can’t bring:
•Illicit substances such as methamphetamine, cocaine, and marijuana
•Liquids
•Hypodermic Needles (“Sharps”)
