On Sunday, September 11 at 8:46 a.m. the City of Manhattan Beach will host a Memorial Ceremony to commemorate the fifteen year anniversary of September 11, 2001.
The community is invited to join City Officials, Police and Fire personnel and City Staff to remember and reflect on the events of that day. The ceremony will take place in front of the 9-11 Memorial.
Public parking will be available in surrounding area parking lots in addition to street parking; however, the Civic Center parking lot on 15 Street will be closed for event participants and disabled parking. Seating will be available for those with special needs. In addition, traffic in the area will be affected by this event.
Manhattan Beach Public Safety Facility is located at 15th Street & Valley Drive in Manhattan Beach.
